No. Urgentis works alongside your calendar and EHR. Your practice remains the custodian of the legal medical record.
How does the Smart List choose which patients to notify?
The practice defines administrative criteria such as availability and request type. Urgentis filters the list according to those rules.
Is an offer sent automatically when an appointment is cancelled?
Safe mode is enabled by default. The practice checks the flow first, retains control of the rules and approves real sending.
Does the patient need an account?
